- Information you provide. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
- Application data. Our applications differ in what they require to function. Where an app collects personal information, the specific categories and purposes are disclosed in that app’s privacy details on its App Store listing, and within the app itself.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability purposes.
How we use information
We use the information above only to respond to inquiries, operate and improve our products, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf, such as hosting and email providers, or where required by law.
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, then delete it.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing signatureappssupport@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.
Children
Our products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above and post the revised version on this page.
